When users complete KYC in the Mercuryo widget, verification includes an identity document and a liveness check (selfie).
How do I share KYC with a SumSub share token?
If you already verify users with SumSub, you can pass their verification to Mercuryo with a share token, so they skip repeated KYC. You need:
- a Reusable KYC contract with SumSub;
- approval from our Customer Success and Compliance teams;
- a SumSub partner token from your integration manager, which you add in SumSub under Partners → Recipients.
Import works only for ID + selfie verification. Most of the setup happens on the SumSub side:
Can a share token be reused?
No. A share token is accepted once per applicant and has its own expiry.
What if the shared data is not enough?
If the shared data is incomplete for our checks, we ask the user to upload the missing documents.
