On-ramp (buying crypto) is available in 150+ countries with 62 fiat currencies — everywhere except the restricted countries listed in "Where does Mercuryo operate?". 

What affects on-ramp availability

• Country — the user's country must not be on Mercuryo's restricted list.
• Payment method — some methods are regional (for example, PIX in Brazil, Interac in Canada, QRIS in Indonesia). See "Which payment methods does Mercuryo support?".
• Card issuer — an individual bank can still decline a crypto purchase.
