Is on-ramp available in my country?
This page does not confirm on-ramp status for individual countries. If the country is on the restricted list, on-ramp is not available. If it isn't, the country is eligible for on-ramp, and Merchant Support can confirm whether on-ramp is currently active there.
How does on-ramp availability work?
On-ramp availability has two levels:
- Restricted countries. Mercuryo services are not offered at all. The full list is published in Where does Mercuryo operate?.
- Eligible countries. All other countries. Whether on-ramp is active in each eligible country is reviewed on an ongoing basis against regulatory requirements, payment partner policies and risk considerations, so on-ramp can be paused in a specific country for a period of time.
How can I check whether on-ramp is active in a specific country?

Is on-ramp available in the same countries as off-ramp?
